Coaching

We have three Badminton England UKCC qualified coaches who play at the club. They are available to provide advice and tips if needed. We are happy to organise a coaching session for members who wish to improve certain elements of their game. This will usually be on a Sunday as we have more courts available than on the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions. Feel free to ask any questions to the team.

We understand that whilst everyone wants to play and win games, not everyone wants coaching. Some people just enjoy playing games and the social exercise element of the game. Therefore we ask that members do not provide coaching to other members unless it is specifically asked for. This also avoids potentially conflicting information being given to members. The coaches may give advice from time to time especially on awareness of your partners’ position on the court for the safety of everyone on the court.
